Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup peanut butter
  2. 5 tablespoons butter
  3. 1 cup (little over) confectioner sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  5. 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter and butter together. Stir over medium heat until completed melted.
  2. Remove pan from the heat then mix in remaining ingredients (sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract).
  3. Spread into any pan of your choice.
  4. Freeze for about 15 minutes
